*"Fear of missing out"
I'm facing my first Christmas eating ketogenically and whilst I love my new-found way of eating, I have to admit I've been feeling a tad FOMO with all the Christmas goodies that are currently rife in the shops. So I've done my research and will be prepping some keto versions of a few things in the next couple of weeks so that I have my own goodies to treat myself to over the festive period.
First up is gingerbread. Tadaa....
And with my palate now well-adjusted to keto versions, these are absolutely stonking!! I've done a taste test (scoff, scoff) so the remainder will now go into the freezer, so that I can get a couple out when I fancy them
Next up are mince pies, rum truffles, chocolate brazils, stuffing and a Christmas pud!!
Who says keto is not sustainable because it's too restrictive?!!
28lbs down and maintaining since August!
