I am really bored with schooling at the moment. I am working on getting my horse going forward. So we do lots of trot work interspersed with a little walk and canter. The emphasis is on forward movement. I try and do lots of different movements, circles, serpentines etc. I was thinking the other day that some music would help to make it more fun and would help us to develop some rhythm. Yeh man!
Does anyone have any good pieces of music that they ride to, for the different paces. I remember seeing a dressage display to 'Greased Lightening' from the musical Grease. It was perfect for a lively trot.
Hope you can help. I think Ben is open to all musical styles, but will let you know his preferences!
Regards
Cathy
