Well Kia and I have been busy!

I’ve been riding more to make sure he’s building up muscle and he’s been moving fields a little to make sure he gets grass and that the fields for the fatties are getting eaten down. Only problem with that has been him having a shared fence line. He is very hard protective for a gelding, he doesn’t like other horses near his herd over a fence. I took a little vid the other day after turning him out. He is worse when he’s unsettled as well.

We also went on a nice little outing back to where I bought him from at the weekend :) was a great 22km ride around some lovely fields and along a beach. Once I have the bids from my hat cam uploaded I’ll add them to this thread. I also have a rideout planned for this Saturday (eeeeeek ) so I’ll have hat cam footage for that too :)

He’s looking a lot better I think and is starting to muscle up again. I’m going to have to change the gullet in his saddle though as it keeps slipping back so I no longer thing he is a wide plate despite my best efforts. First time the saddle has ever had anything other than a flock top up.

Pics of and vid of him being a twat :rolleyes:o_O

He might be a grump but he's obviously feeling well! I do hope the palomino gets the hint & stays away from the fence line,

He's looking really good :)

Thanks. Amazing what a bit of grass and some exercise can do :) The pally is a silly thing  she picks fights then leaves others to clean up and has no spatial awareness. Kia is very protective of the other three even though one is a gelding. The gelding is bottom of the pile but Kia will still be defensive or possessive which ever way you want to look at it.

Put those two in with his herd however and once he’s bossed them and shown them he’s the leader he would leave them alone, over the fence however means death threats horsey style  odd creature.
