I'm a complete and utter foot novice (this is changing  ) but even I can see the difference there, been perusing their website, their blog and loving the entries, making me very hopeful about my cobs journey ! :skip:

Farrier is due in the next three weeks and I hope to ask a few more questions about it all, still teetering with maybe having an EP out, but only if the farrier isn't that keen but last time we spoke he seemed to think the cob would cope ok.

Thanks for that - very interesting.

Answered a problem for me too! Ellie's feet have that dip at the top too and her feet look a bit like the links except she has never been in shoes but has been compromised for a long time with both laminitis and bad management incld food etc.

anyway now i;'ve had a look her feet are doing the same - just growing at a better angle. Her feet look not so good at the moment but they are right if i imagine it all grown as a new hoof then it will be fantastic!
