Then Mel had to go, and we got third in her "suitability for showing" class.

She's now won every mare/filly class she's ever been put in right from a weanling. I rang her breeders tonight and they are absolutely delighted with our latest COUNTY SHOW and Horse of the Year qualifier success. ((boing

Not only that, she just blows my socks off with her beauty, movement and disposition, plus the fact that she seems to want to do anything to make me happy. :D
 
I love that #11 pic in your opening post. That's got to be worthy of having a big canvas print done from it. I'm not surprised you're proud and excited with a record like that. Really chuffed for you x

Thanks everyone! I even forgave her for stepping on my foot as I turned her out with a permlike mane. Her paddock mate nipped her on the bum as I took off her halter, she got a fright and her front foot stamped on my toe momentarily. My foot is pretty blue and swollen today!

Sorry to say the pink float is not mine, but a western lady I stopped to talk to to say that I was envious that she got to wear her cowboy hat.

Joyscarer, that photo is my facebook profile pic at the moment. :)
 
That's fantastic. She is abolutely stunning and looks like she just floats around the arena. Well done :biggrin:
