My brand new Barefoot Chereoke Saddle only 3 -4 weeks waiting for delivery... I have my western fenders and soft step stirrups.... Just need a barfoot physio pad and a girth and we are fit to go try it out

Its going to be like riding on a cushion.

Just ordered my physio pad... will be here in two weeks approx..... so excited its only the 2nd brand new saddle I have had....

I bet you are excited If I went for this style of saddle I would either have one of these or the Exmoor Treefree that I already have. I like the Westerny look. I have the same thing with my Sensation, a Hybrid with western seat, fenders and saddle strings

It will probably feel really odd to start with, very high off the horse and square till it shapes itself to the shape of the horse and you, I forget how long it says normal wear in time is, I want to say 20 hours but I don't know if that's right,lol.

I love the westerny look of it, I specifically bought wide fenders and stirrups to complete the look..... and cannot wait to ride in it will take my time wearing it in though so Melody can also get used to it.

One day I might get a full western barefoot but I am trialing this one now.... Hoping one saddle might fit both my Highlands when Glennie is ready to be ridden
