Ideas for Crimbo games at the yard?

On Christmas eve we're playing games at the stables

Has anyone got any good ideas for games? They will be predominantly unmounted, though if the snow disappears we will do a few little mounted races for the little kids. It's really games for us adults we're stuck for!! If anyone has any mounted ideas that's great, but we have quite a variety of horses/riders so really nothing to fast and furious (nothing above trot tbh as one or two of the participants are a bit nervous and the last thing we want is a fall).

ummm, I'm struggling for anything else but will have a think this afternoon, we used to have a christmas party every year at my old yard and I cant remember a thing we did!
