I fell off my horse and I was wondering, my left buttocks has been numb for a month I can do everything normally but sometimes hurts, stupid question

Not a stupid question at all! I'd go to the Dr - you might have trapped something, it might heal on its own, but there's no harm in getting some reassurance, is there? Let us know how you get on.
