Out hacking I caught a falling leaf. It just came down and my little hand went out and caught it.
I then popped it on the cob and took a photo ( because a photographer takes things that move and things that don't )

Then I googled superstition and yay I won't get a cold this winter- will let you know on that one. Not fussed on the one month of good luck next year rather not get cold to function the rest of this one!

I always try to catch a falling leaf, don’t know why, I think it must because I was once told it was lucky to catch a leaf and put it in your pocket.
It can get quite busy trying to catch falling leaves in the woods in Autumn.
