Just wondering what Treatment to have for bad Back. Has anyone had regular Massage, what Price. Has it been effective. Chiropractor, Bowen, acupuncture etc.

Started on the Turmeric but no relief as yet. Been going to chiropractor Who does Some Acupuncture, use to relieve me but now it's not Having the Same effect. So considering Massage or Some Other form of treatment.

I use a osteopathy (sp) and have also had regular acupuncture which was used to control pain.

We also have physio in work that I see when my AS get unmangable

I have physio found one who was very good and now only have to go every eight weeks or so, also found that lots of core strength exercise really helps to stabilise your back and p pelvis too.

I have regular chiropracty which helps everything from my scalp to my hips. My chiropractor never cracks me, she understands that my body responds better to gentle manipulation.
