you have to have DNA from the welsh parent, and can only be done up to a certain age i think.
best ringing WPCS (welsh pony and cob society) and just getting it straight from the horses mouth, they tend to be very helpful if they are getting money out of you

Ive been searching through the web site and a part bred can be registered at any age which is fine.
