I have the name of Chico's sire and grandsire but i am not having any luck finding any info.

You could try searching through All Breeds Pedigree:

and putting in your horse's name (or his sire's, Romeo) in the box on the top left under the banner. If it has several options for a horse called Romeo, then go down the list to find the one that applies to you. In this case, there are a lot to go through!
You can put together a pedigree for Chico yourself if you also know his dam's name (and ideally grandsire and granddam as well to make sure). Otherwise you will have to stick with knowing more about Romeo's family, but not Chico's mother. Does that make sense?
