Here's a link to a youngster for sale on AdHorse UK. He's a nice looking boy which is why I read the ad.

Now apparently he is by an Irish Draught sire our of a Welsh D/TB cross. As far as I know, there are no coloured horses allowed in any of those 3 breeds. So how can this youngster be a skewbald?
I wondered if any of the splash markings which are allowed in Welsh Ds could have sort of combined, but it doesn't seem very likely.
Am I missing something?
