WELL...:p i decided that me and hero where going to go hunting christmas eve! as he loves competing in SJ and XC i was sure he was going to love it! warming up he was rather difficult and thought he was a stallion again ( bucking rearing ) :D thats my boy! anyway i just rode him through it witch is easier said than done i have to say. The hunt began and he was a star not putting a foot wrong except for the odd buck for the hell of it.

The pics are fabulous.

Shame the field was muddy, but a bit of mud spraying all over the place, must add to it lol.

He even looks reasonably white after that lol.

was very sweaty as he didn't get clipped so his coat probably washed itself! lol

i know i know, but im always talking about him on here though :p
hero is a 14.hh ex riding school pony but he was too much of a handful, and to say the least "not a novice ride" so was no use to them. Id been working at the stables for over 5 years and basically i was the only one who rode him, he was always my favorite and then one day the owner came to the dissension that she was going to offer me him. I burst into tears!! :) and the next day he was living with me... now hes become a real great jumper and ABSOLUTELY loves competing!!!! i love him to death

so yh... thats abit about my hero :)

Love the pics! That's one of the probs I have riding at an RS; their horses are mostly all novice-friendly, so I get a bit of a sudden wake-up call when I ride other horses! He looks like a lot of fun :p and he's totally gorgeous, too!
