Help? Do you know of any DIY livery yards or stables to rent in Hertfordshire?

YO is thinking of selling up at the moment. I'm gutted at the possibility of moving as I love my yard and have been there for 9 years.
Does any one know of any friendly DIY livery yards within 10 miles of Hertford? (ideally with good turnout and off road hacking and possibly a school)
Stables on a farm, a yard to rent or even a field with a shelter would do
Hertford/Bramfield/Tewin/Brickendon/Watton-at-stone would be my preferred areas if possible. Please pm me if you know of any where.

A friend of mine is at a DIY yard near Berkhamsted but that may be too far. PM me if you need more info. There is a lot of off-road hacking there and a nice outdoor manege (tho not floodlit).
