Have you all missed him

Nice to hear from you both, really hope you are well 😊

We lost our foster cat this time last Easter, not sure if I had mentioned that on here, he was an old boy only expected to live a short while and we had a year with him but he did leave a big hole.

So this is my latest addition, a baby piggie that came into a friend's vet to be euthanised due to a broken leg. She had a successful amputation funded by the vets (oh wait a vet doing something good, that can't be right according to the news) and came to live with my gang.

Oh how lovely!!! What a beautiful little piggie herd you have there. So happy she's doing well. I know what you mean about vets, they do seem to take a bashing at the moment don't they over prices etc. I love mine and don't think they are over priced at all for what they have to do sometimes. Sorry to hear about your cat - glad he spent his last year with you, he would have a happy ending to his life for sure.

We gave him all the love we could, he had been fortunate that someone was feeding him for many years he was on the street and also that lovely person contacted a rescue when they noticed he wasn't right and got him help and to us ❤️

My piggies really are the best, such cute little guys, always doing something amusing to cheer me up!

I've also started volunteering locally with a herd of cows we have had move in, I just health check them and report any issues but I really enjoy it. I've never really spent much time with cows and they are also very amusing, I enjoy watching how they communicate and interact with each other especially!

And 2026 is the year I became an RVN. So basically my whole life is animals now, not complaining 😂 hoping to start volunteering at a wildlife rescue soon too.
