Harmony

Everyone looking very chilled in your field!
yes it was lovely to see them all chilling out yesterday. Harmony been out ridden an hour today, still a bit nasal and she was quite sparky. Getting ready to move them to the summer field once I get a big bale of straw for the fatties.

Harmony looks lovely, I’m pleased that you found a horse after all the time you spent searching. She looks very sweet.
She is a very pleasant horse to be around, very affectionate, soppy, she seems to be very happy with the gang of 4. I kept at first comparing her to the ones that got away, particularly Basil and Phoenix, and almost not really seeing her. But she is really good looking mare with a lovely head, not second best at all. We are lucky to have her.

Harmony has been talking to Buddy so spraying beconaise up her nose is now not an option. So i sprayed the nose nets. Got a very lively reaction ending with with the nose nets being removed before madam murdered me. So beconaise is now no. will see if i can get something natural she might like more

If its to stop pollen going up the nose. I seem to recall using vaseline or vicks vapour rub on the nostrils was a thing. I put vicks on Billies nose net for riding when i was trying to find a way to ease his headshaking.

will see if she is more conciliatory with vickx vabour as she clearly does not approve of beconaise

She did well today 1 hour 10 minutes 2 steep hills, bit tired, breathing was ok dull day, had a couple of small trots with her. Most of the ride was either up or down steep hills, very little on the flat, so she will have had a good work out.
