Hampshire Horse owners, be warned!

There's someone going round, slashing horses... there's a picture of one poor horse on facebook, where they have slashed him/her in the face :frown:

I've just been told the picture is a hoax :bomb::frown: BUT to make matters worse, this is something that is actually happening in Hampshire.. Looking at the photo, it's hard to see how it's been hoaxed though :unsure:

Just read the article - how worrying and awful. I know this might sound like a stupid question - but does anybody know what kind of area it is? Ie, is it quite remote or is it an expensive sort of place? I was just curious.

That is just sick. I hope that no other horses are hurt and that they catch whoever did it. It's every owners nightmare.
