Trying to cut down on grass after laminitis. I have tried a greenguard muzzle but the small is too small and large too large. Tried Shires neoprene and SKye now has a raw bleeding nose. I have bought a leather one but the cob seems a bit small and I don't quite understand how she will use it on short pasture? any help or suggestions please

:help:

Is the dinky rugs one anything like the Shires with a hole in the bottom., I looked on their website but it isn't a good picture.

It's all webbing and holes are by chin and nostril so they have to push back and forth to eat.

I find they rub much less, shires cut mine something chronic. They also dry out faster and buy better fit as you measure first

are you sure the large greenguard is too large? have youn fitted it correctly? only asking because pretty much all the lami ponies on the yard (bar the section A with the really small face) wear 'large' size greenguards (my 12.3 exmoor included), they are supposed to stick out at bit at each end.
