God this made me cry

I couldn't watch all of it - his poor whinnies upset me - yes, I am chickeney. What had happened to the horse?
Tell you what did come up on you tube after that - I stupidly clicked on it - a video following a horses last steps. Ohdear. Didn't watch anything further than the title info.
 
I don't know what happened but he was tacked up so I guess spooked and fell into the hole.
It took them ages to get him out, footage is half hour long and edited.
The end shows him fine and in the yard at the end.

I loved the way the rescue man was stroking his neck, so sweet.

I think the most upsetting bit was when he was trying to get up, poor boy :(
