Food - I feel sick

We have had friends over for dinner tonight it is a monthly thing we take it in turns to cook dinner and enjoying talking horses, life etc,

Tonight was out turn I made, two different types of Pork en crout (sp) with sweet and normal potato mash and spring veg and dessert was a baked Alaska cake (sponge cake with dark chocolate pieces, chocolate spread on top, then ice cream then meringue, hazelnuts and chocolate sauce. nom nom

We all felt sick but had to finish the cake :help:. best hit the gym tomorrow,

Heheheee - hope you slept after eating that....mmmm sounded filling! We had duck and Lord only knows what else with it - I ate too much but it was so good and OH had gone to so much trouble...
