Fasting blood test

I am having one this morning, so nothing to eat or drink till I get back from the test

It is already doing my head in, missing my morning brew while reading on New Rider. I accidently went into the kitchen to make a cuppa and my OH has left a big note nr the kettle to say not to eat or drink anything

Try to keep out of the kitchen! It is horrible when you can't have something, it makes you want it even more.
