Well farrier was out today

its been 4 weeks since K's shoes came off and we havent had a lame day yet Farrier said there was nothing to come off his soles and his frogs were looking ok so basically rolled the toes and that was it Was a 10min job

Hows he looking?? Been getting walked out under saddle twice a week and lunged in the pessoa once a week

Nice to see some pics of the old bloke He looks all right to me, there's a hint of rib there so I'd keep an eye on him but spring is just around the corner

Thansk Yann. You will remember the disaster I had the last time where he was crippled whislt standing in the stable. Maybe we just werent doing summat right for him.

What time of year was it last time? Hope it continues but bear in mind that the grass isn't doing much at this time of year (especially with the weather you've been having up there) and there's a possibility that might change when spring arrives.
