Electric fencing

Where can i get cheap electric fencing tape 40mm, also need insulaters, gate handles etc. I need to section of part of the field as my filly is being kicked out of the paddock i was using.

maybe try the local farm/agri shop? they all sell that stuff. tap is probably about £15 for a 200m roll as it's about €20 here.
