Pretty simple- if a horse has a lot of scar tissue, does this impair muscle growth in that area?
And can you get scar tissue/impaired muscle growth from excessive trauma to an area which doesnt cause open wounds (so severe and sustained bruising, without the skin having broken to so actual 'scar' so to speak?
If either of these can happen, how long does this take to change, or can it be impaired indefinately if the scarring is bad enough?
