I was reading the other day about how pilates is supposed to really help riders who have poor posture or suffer from intermittent back pain. As my instructor regularly tells me how badly I am seated, back not straight enough, chest not stuck out enough I thought it may be worth a go? So am booked into a class at my gym this evening, and have no idea what to expect. Sooooo nervous! Suspect will make a bit of a t*t of myself!
Do any of you guys do pilates, and does it help at all?
