For the first time in about 5 years (probably more!) I can now fit very comfortably in size 16 trousers. I've always been between an 18-20 on my bottom half but today, in Sainsbury's, I nervously tried on a pair of size 16 chinos and yay!! they fit, comfortably. I can breathe in them and everything.

I'm a 14 on top too which is ace.

Still love chocolate too much though which is why it is coming off so so slowly

I am sure getting it off slowly without totally depriving yourself will have a much more lasting impact than a crash diet and subsequent binge. Well done!

Good on you mrs!! And I know what you mean, I love the sweet stuff too much aswell so it's uber slow for me too, but hopefully the longer it takes to come off, the longer it will stay off :wink:. That's what I keep telling myself anyway!
