Did anyone else watch Road to the Maclay on Animal Planet?

I know this post is about two years too late but I finally got around to watching Road to the Maclay on youtube and I love it! It's so cool to watch all of the big equatation riders--what a life!

Did anyone else watch it? I'd love to hear what other people thought.

i enjoyed watching it. i did find the riding strange, but tbh im not used to equitation classes

Yeah I guess eq is a little strange But that's how I've alway ridden (never at that level) and I found the world of the Maclay riders to make for some good tv.

I watched it when it first aired on TV!!!! Loved the show, but man those horses are awful expensive!! Thing with those big barns is they have grooms and all, i believe if you own your own horse, show it, ride it you should groom it yourself, thats the best way to bond with it! But otherwise i was just glad to have a jumping show on TV cause its always racing or rodeo around here or bull riding....I actually know of a few riders who compteted in the Mclay a few years back.
