As you know i found an amazing sharer who gets on with everyone and is perfect for sox.
Due to the covid issue she is having to hand her notice in. So rather then lose her fully i suggested she let me know how she is doing in Jan and could take him back on loan. If she wanted.
Really gutted. She was perfect for him and she wasnt easy to find!

She's a sharer rather than loaner, isn't she? How useful is she to you? Would it be practical to ask her to continue for a few months without paying you but maybe doing more stable duties, on the understanding things would go back to their normal footing when she has another job?
