When we collected Cullen, getting him into our trailer ended up being a bit of a fight and only happened because he was small and about 4 humans virtually lifted him in 
(I wasn't one of them and would have given him time to think before using force but.....). He didn't fuss once he was actually in and travelled and unloaded fine, thankfully. Anyhoo, yesterday we had the trailer out for the first time since he arrived so I decided to try again, to see if I could get him just walking him through a few times. Initially he was a bit sticky and would only get as far as two feet on the ramp. I didn't use any force, obviously, but then decided to see if I could lure him on with a bucket and a handful of food.... and that worked a treat! After that, he walked through 3 or 4 times with no hesitation. Really proud of how well he had come on with his handling.
