last week, my horse learnt a new trick, he's becoming very cheeky
Another livery, had gone to empty her wheelbarrow, and when she'd finished, decided to fetch her horse in on the way back to the yard, so left the gate open, with the wheelbarrow wedged in between, and he takes a look at her then at the wheelbarrow, and walks "through" it, to the yard
I was in the feed room, filling his haynet, having made his tea. I looked up, and there he was staring right at me, with his nose right in my face.
It was as if he was saying "Well i'm here, where's my tea?"
I was told he just walked up to the yard when he left the field
Luckily, he has a lot of fans on that yard, and is known for being very laid back, but a bit on the cheeky side when it comes to feeding time he saw an opportunity, and took it... they won't fall for that again
Here's a pic of the cheeky so and so
