'Capped' Knee??

I got down the yard last night and as I bought Lexi out of her stable I noticed that she has a 'big' knee!! She has rubber matting, so I know she hasn't bashed it whilst laying down, don't know how she has done it, but what can I do to get it down??

Cold hosing is the best way to start and go from there, is she lame on it?

If it was me I would just cold hose it twice a day and see if it goes down or not if she is not lame, if it shows no sign of reducing or if she goes lame then consider calling the vets.

I quite often damage my own knee and go lame, I cold hose me too (using the shower though not a hose!)
