can anyone recommend a classical riding instructor in Norfolk or Suffolk

There are a couple of Enlightened Equitation instructors that might cover your area

if you can't find a decent classical instructor (or even if you do!) you could treat yourself to a couple of days in Devon and go on a simulator workshop with Heather Moffett to really perfect your classical position.

if you would like to see some EE lessons Heather is doing three days at the end of October at Dudley, Worcs and you would be very welcome to come along and watch.

Clinic: Dudley Worcs

I would be quite careful about some instructors who say they are classical as it has become quite popular and therefore sometimes abused. Like with any instructor, watch a few lessons and make you mind up before you part with your money.

This is near Norwich in Norfolk. Haven't been bit pricey for me, but will one day.

My old yard was opposite there. :)

Lovely horses.... Has quite a good reputation, and you'll be fine if you drive an Aston Martin, Bently, Roller, etc. ;) It used to disturb me somewhat seeing groups of hatless riders from there, all over the road. My friend stopped a group once, and had a quiet word....I won't type what the response was. :(

Hmm a little pricey and I certainly don't drive a fancy car. Have booked a place in Bramfield, suffolk as the lady there has been recommended to me. I don't think she is a classical instructor, but i now have an assessment lesson there next Thursday, so will let you know if she is as good as they say.
