Calling anyone with sheep

Hi guys, well the sheep are still with us, no one has come and claimed them and it is quite strange to walk through the paddock and find sheep pellets instead of big horse pats, but i was quite surprised when i found this


is it tape worm and if so is there anything i would need to do, should no one claim these two fluffies

this shows just how long it was

Hi, we don;t keep sheep but we do have goats i would agree that this looks like a tape worm. Ring your vet and ask for sheep drench (SP) they should be able to measure you out a small enough amount for two sheep - they'll need worming if they are on land that horses are going to be using.

I agree with worming them but not sure (?) that horses rotation is important, they have different worms/parasites dont they and break each others parasite life cycle, thats why they are so good as follow on to each other? But the sheep should def be treated for their own sake...
