Boys needs the vet again but problems with insurance and very mad owner

So Chanter came up lame again last night just in the one hock as before so i knew it was time for his next set of jabs. I stupidly thought that my insurance ran from the date of first treatment not the date i first pointed the problem out to the vet.

When the vet was giving him his annual jabs I pointed out that he seemed lame when asked to collect she told me to get a back person out, I did, nothing changed the problem so I took him to the specialist hospital submitted my claims and they paid up no problem.

I thought I had until the 6 Apr before my year ran out but when I called them they said the 8 march thats today!!!!oop:

So guess I have to pay the full price ouch

Oh that is pants - did they disclose that fully at the time? You might be able to force their hand if they didn't make it clear?
