I learned how to put my horse's blanket on the other day. All those straps! But I've got them straight now. I love her, she's so sweet.

There's another different word- I've never heard anyone here call it a rug. Anyway, there's a huge rip all along one side. I hope it gets fixed!

I think this sort of thread should be put in the cafe or general boards.

As for the term 'rug' I think it is what they call blankets overseas...we call it a blanket in the US, they don't.

edit: p.s. I used to live in Austin. Not anymore though. My relatives live in Houston, and my mom, brother, and I fly down to visit my aunt, uncle, and grandma sometimes in the spring or summer.

FreedomStar, I put it there because I thought that learning to put the blanket on was a kind of training.

When you come to Houston to visit your relatives, pm me and I will give you my phone number and we can meet if you have time. What part of Houston are they in? We are in the NW about 20 miles out of the city. There's a great trail riding place we like to go to.
