Yesterday Angel's sharer and I took the ponies down to Goring beach :D I'd never ridden on a beach before, and neither had Appley (Angel probably hadn't either, but she's so old I can't be sure!).

Appley is keen ...

I've had Angel for 8 years or so now, we've been through many ups and downs and I love this pony more than life itself (Angel is basically the pony I always dreamed of having as a child) and had always dreamed of taking her to the beach one day. So here we are :D

Goring boring? :giggle: Luckily no prancing at Lancing either!!

That made me :giggle:

I'm from Surrey and we used to call Goring - Boring on Sea ..... Def not boring when there's two fabby ponies on the beach! Do many people take their neds on the beach down there? Wasnt something we ever did as kids....

Looks lovely. Sadly the exmoor I took on earlier in the year I had to send back, he was not safe for me to ride. Certainly wouldnt have contemplated a beach ride. I really would like to have another one. I do still miss him, inspite all his issues.

I didnt post about it. Sadly I didnt take any pics either. Hopefully he has gone to do conservation grazing in Yorkshire, think the lads riding days were over. It was a real shame as he was only 10 yr old.
