BBC4 now - documentary on race horses

where abouts is the stable on the programme from,do not have watchable tv but have got a relative in thurles, tipp who owns a racing yard/TB stud farm, cant see it being hers anyway but isnt thurles involved?

innocence and juliecwuk,
try it with subtitles-though that wont help if the speech to text software [what usually makes the subs] writes it exactly as heard.

Ive been watching this, i love how the old guy talks to the horses aswel.

I cant imagine my man racing like that bless him!

Think its Paul Nolans isnt it? at Toberona stables..

I think lol Could be wrong

Yes, it was Paul Nolan's stables - whoever he is!

Don't think my lad would be much cop either.

The only disappointing thing about it was the distinct lack of coloured cobs!!! ;) Oh well, can't have everything I suppose!:D

I missed it too but its on again on BBC4 at 11.45pm.

Sky + is already set!!

Oh just what i thought.. not enough coloured cobs! haha :p

No my lad was a very successful racehorse. Its all he knows he only came off track 2 yrs ago bless him, i just cant imagine it. I have seen him racing on re plays online and its so wierd hearing his name and him being talking about. He was (and still is of course!) a very handsome and speedy young man back in his racing days :D
