I'm fractured with back and shoulder pain until the level I wish to reduce the time in riding but I want to ride so much, I still can't find a back brace that could help, and as follow people's suggested, I think should have visit orthopedic doctor. Any recommendation?

PS: I'm a super introvert, and I'm bad at talking face to face. Any doctor I can contact via email?

Thank you, guys!

Most of us are UK based, and even our US members may not be anywhere near you. Does your health insurance company not have a list of approved people? Or simply google for people.

I have to say that if it's that bad you need a face to face consultation, not least because you'll need an examination. Anyone who claims they can treat you without should be avoided like the plague!

It’s probably best to speak with your usual/family practice doctor first, they will be able to refer you to an orthopaedic specialist if they are unable to help you.

As already mentioned you will absolutely need a face to face appointment so that they can examine you, a doctor cannot possibly make a recommendation on something as serious as a back injury without seeing you.
