Any one use Monty Roberts theories within their carriage driving?

I have been driving for a long time now (over 20 years) and out of curiosity I went to see a Monty Roberts demonstration at the nearest venue to me.
I was curious as to how it would work with carriage driving but couldn't get any answers out of Moonty him self when I asked him!!
I do use some of his theories for ground work and for handling, has anyone any experience of how to transfer it to carriage driving?
 
I use the despooking methods with Bramble, generally MR and KM advise good groundwork will always improve ridden or driven work, I can also drive in a dually but prefer the more traditional for insurance purposes :)
