Another food thread

What does everyone like to put in their sandwich makers ? I seem always to end up with the same - tuna n cheese or cheese n brunswick ham! Any ideas ? I do enjoy them for a change instead of normal lunch time sandwiches, but I appear stuck in a rut.

BLT or Brie with cranberry sauce and shredded lettuce ( grapes if there is no cranberry!)

Cheese and Ham is my staple with some salad cream to dip in!

Have been experimenting with my new found love of pesto and my new fave sandwich is a panini with pesto spread on one side and sundried tomato paste on the other. Filled with chicken or ham, mozarella and rocket. Absolutely delicious!!

Mmm mozarella! Must get some of that too, because its nice to add onto my pizza. I like panini bread, bet it is delish with sundries tomato paste.
