Omg those horses are amazing on bridge traffic!!!
This guy is 80 and is traveling cross country for childhood hunger.
He clearly has 2 awesome horses for sure!!!
Ok bureaucrats you can't have it both ways!!!

Instead of giving him a ticket and court summons you should be giving him a donation!!!

I do hope there is backlash to the bureaucrats over this!!!!

He is a real individual that's for sure..his horses are great

Typical of bureaucracy, we aren't allowed to do anything anymore, rules and regulations have ruined all the fun
