Advice please do you agree?

I found out a hour ago My instructor is down grading me,
I take group lessons only as thats all they do on the day i can do (with kids i only get a baby sitter one day a week on the same day)
The group lesson im going to be in is with kids under 14 which makes me a bit self confident but that isnt my issue,

My issue is the lesson is walk and trot only which i am perfectly capable at (i know ive only just got back into riding a couple of months ago after 7 years)
And i was keeping up well with the others in the group i was in except for the jumping which id hardly done before.

I just feel im being put back purely because my instructor has private lesson people wanting to do group lessons that are at a higher standard than me, which i heard myself at least 5 others wanted to be in the lesson i was in

Any advice to make me feel better?

Speak to your instructor & tell her this, making it very clear that you aren't happy & feel that you've been sidelined so she can accommodate her private clients & also you aren't happy being the only adult in a children's class.

Exactly what Carthorse said - at least the instructor will be aware that you are aware there might be an ulterior motive for downgrading you......if that is the case find another riding school would be my best advice.
