Thought I would share a few photos from yesterday.
I took Major with a friend to a local school with a full set of Show Jumps for a practice. For those that don't know I have had Major since he was 5 and he has always been 'tricky' and particularly when it comes to jumping. He is a serial stopper but we have cracked the XC now and we are trying with the SJ.
At one stage a pole on the floor was difficult and he has put me in hospital before.... But we persevere and I am determined that we will do an ODE (and not disgrace ourselves) this year.
I was over the moon with him yesterday, after having a Alpaca related melt down he was awesome, kept it small and straightforward to make sure he stays confident but he was probably too forward! He didn't think about stopping once and I am really proud of him. Looking forward to this year, let's hope it's a good one.
Wee!
And a few clips.
