nope, never got the book. the stupid girl cashed my cheque and swiftly stopped responding to my emails. its only a fiver but im not a charity and am rather disappointed with this childish attitude!

Paypal is nothing to do with ebay, yes you are covered if you post to an eligible address and use trackable means.
It's just ebay have chosen to use this company, and make ebayers register wit it.

They may have but you dont need to be connected with them to use it and be covered.

I buy things from people that are not on ebay as i'm covered via paypal.
