HELP!!

Hi guys I need help I'm 13 and my mum bought me a new horse as I sold my old one I had for 3 years and the new one she's green but mum seen videos of her and today I rode her for the first time and she bolted when I took her up to a trot and I couldn't stop her and she was quite strong is there...
