These past 2 days have been brilliant! Had jumping sessions, and I shocked myself, if not everyone around me!
I have a thing of jumping straights, since a hunting accident where a horse bolted over a gate and I fell off onto gate and knocked out.

Well, I'll let the pics speak for me:

Looove this one, I think I'm finally looking like a showjumper! Not bad after a 2 year break - only been jumping again for about a month :D

And a little vid of me jumping, shows how quick Gem is to turn!

I love my pony - I really do :)

ETA - Please no critique just too busy trying to enjoy jumping again for anyone to knock me down! Thanks :)

oh my gosh you are sooo brave! I dont do jumping! Well done you, looking fab and so is the lovely Gem! Glad to hear someone else swooning over their pony like I do!;)

I couldn't jump since my accident....until I met Gem!

Yeah we should make a horsey appreciation society! :D

Well done you - your pony is gorgeous and you look great going over those jumps - I'm so jealous - I can only bring myself to go over the ickle jumps!!!:D

Well done you, you both look fab.:D

And i have to say that new menage looks fantastic. Is it twice the size of the old one? My YO was saying the other day about price of livery etc at yours and i said yes but better facilities than ours, he he !!:D

Oooh, you two do look lovely!

Glad Gem's given you the confidence to jump straights again, I have the exact same thing when it comes to spreads (makes me shudder thinking about them )

I would join the pony gushing society, but Merlyn's in my bad books right now after behaving like a class A wimp yesterday!!! :p

Great job!! Make sure you don't push it too hard in these first few months...keep your confidence sky high by doing exactly what you are doing now! (I made the mistake of doing too much too quickly and it's taken a longgg time to recover!!). You look amazing for not jumping in 2 years...I'd be all over the place! Keep up that good work!

Aww, well done! You look fab! I want Gem, pretty please? :D

Haha all the money in the world wouldn't part me from her! :D

Thanks for all your comments everyone, haven't posted any Gem/ridden pics in a while and I was a bit hesitant incase I got told off for 'jumping wrong' or anything  Am such a goon :D

Livery's going up in January - hate to think of the new cost, but it did cost Peter £30,000 to build!!!!
Erm yeah it's about twice the size, and so much better to ride on :)

well done hun!!! Now you can pass me some of your new found jumping confidence!

Lovely arena btw!! :D

Well done to both of you :) I was put off jumping by a cob who constantly would stop and then cat leap - which resulted in a nasty fall in the forestry:(
So I appreciate what nerve it takes to get going again. Enjoy and don't push yourself.
