What are some questions I could ask during an Interview?

Hi all, I'm going to be attending a interview at a horse rescue & I was hoping to come up with some questions I could ask them in turn? (I ALWAYS get stuck on the "have you any questions?" part) so I'd like to be ready to fire some back :) Also any other tips & advise will be helpful! Thank you:)
 
You could maybe ask some practical things such as (assuming they've not already given you the answers when they brief you on the job)
Do you have an isolation time for new rescues?
What type of feeds to most of your horses get?
Do they use an equine dentist or the vet?
Do all the horses live out or in once they've been given the all clear after coming into the place?
Do most go on to be re homed and ridden?
How do they raise funds for the sanctuary?
