microchip identification!!!

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I am trying to find out who my horses microchip is registered to.(company)

I have had the vet scan her and have got the number but i have tried the places that i can think ov over the net and to no luck.

She is a wetherbys ex racehorse if this would make n e difference.

just wanted to find out what she has registered and to change the name of ownership.
