How difficult can changing shift actually be!

It is not rocket science.

Just swapping one day to another day. That's simple right. But it's thrown my whole week out.
I must be getting old to not know what day we are on tomorrow, or what shift it is.

Oh yes!! Bloody hard! I have lost count the amount of times I have been up at the yard late as I am wide awake. Or still up at 2am as I am still in night mode.

Depends... If I finished night I would sort sox out and try and get a few hours. Though that normally ended up being 6! So I would be awake til 2 and up at say 10am. I guess it was when I was back in days as I had to adjust for work.

I have gone from what I did on Monday is now Thursday or Friday.
Saturdays are one week on one week off. Sundays are on instead of off. I seriously couldn't get my lazy butt out of bed today!
